Elgood Effective Learning was started by Chris Elgood in 1972, inspired by experience as a participant in several management games. The company provides novel and creative material to enliven the learning process.

Concern for the training objectives of the client organisation is always matched by concern to provide a stimulating activity for individual participants. The company operates in two main fields:

  • The sale of packaged games and simulations
  • The creation of unique training materials for individual clients
Christine Elgood joined the business in 1996 after completing an MBA with experience gained in the financial areas of manufacturing and retailing.
Our packaged games are purchased by corporate training departments, individual line managers and educational establishments. In the consultancy field our clients have included:
