Osborn's Itinerary

Time is precious, and you urgently need more sales. You have 40 hours in which to generate as much business as you can. Can you keep cool under pressure and plan your itinerary sensibly? Which customers should you target to maximise your chances of a high value order, and what will you learn from your experiences?

  • A computer-based strategy game for groups of 1-5 members
  • Facilitators can mange up to 4 groups
  • Requires between 1 and 2 hours

Sales Interview Game

What do you know about your customers? Do you really listen to them and try to understand their needs? In many instances the products being offered to a customer by competing companies will be roughly similar, the difference factor, will be the relationship that the supplier can offer. Can you build on these relationships?

  • A structured role-play for groups of between 4-6 members and 3-6 groups.
  • Needs about 90 minutes.

"We could have done that if you had bothered to ask!" When individual groups forget that they are part of a wider team co-operative opportunities pass unseen; there is duplication of effort: time and money are wasted: in extreme cases there is deliberate unhelpfulness.

Sister Teams uses a number of individual but related tasks to demonstrate how a team that is determined to fulfil its own agenda and offer no assistance to others will jeopardise its own results and that of associated groups.

  • A collection of inter-related tasks for three teams of between 6-8 members each.
