Time is precious you have 40 hours in which to generate as much business as you can, You need to weigh up the likelihood of obtaining an order, and the value of the order, against the time taken to visit the customer and the risk involved.

  • A discussion exercise using a computer program to assess performance.
  • The exercise is designed for groups of 1-5 members.
  • One tutor can manage approximately four groups.
  • Needs between one and two hours.
